This post is about my recent decent into a giant MIKA obsession 🙂
It turns out that he has way better songs in English, some better songs in French as well. I wish younger me thought to look up this guy before. Although I never really liked Elle Me Dit so can’t really blame me. Anyway, I was watching The Voice : la plus belle voix, which is the French version of The Voice. Mika is very very eloquent when he speaks so I took an interest…. which lead me to finding a smattering of songs that I now love and almost know by heart from having played them so much the past few days AND I also found out that he speaks like a bazillion languages which has renewed my interest and motivation to learn as well. So yeah, I’m learning Italian now because he was a judge on the Italian X Factor for a few years.
And that’s kinda the summary of how I became a huge Mika fan and am now trying to learn Italian. Mica male, no? 😉
